Achievement requires committment so does failure the only question to ask yourself and your team is ,"which are we committed to achieving. I can assure you the latter is much more difficult, painful and unrewarding. You will pay a price for both but the price for the latter is called a "penalty".

Craft your future:

It is essential to understand what direction one wishes to go before starting on a journey. Oddly enough many brilliant people consider and start out on a journey (both as an individual and with business interest) without a clear destination or idea of where they are headed.

In quantum physics the splitting of a subatomic particle creates unlimited possibilities. Consider that we each are splitting the atom of creation when we "post a desire" for some future want , need or desire. And like in quantum physics the possibilities are unlimited. Yet we clarify our choice the more the possibilities narrow.


Let me call this process "creative clarification". When we make a specific choice that "choice" becomes a goal. The goal may be as simple as wanting a bar of candy or as complex as building an under ocean tunnel from Ghana Africa to Manhattan New York. The "thing" or form is not important here, it is the power of creating a result that matters.

An example of the power of "creative clarification" would be an architect committing an idea for a building to paper and later building a model, the more one knows what the final building will look like when completed is an important part of making sure it can be constructed and gives power to its actual construction.

This is what I do, I am a goal smith, a crafter of goal(s) ; one that uses their skills and experiences to assist other whether, a person or company, to use "vital rationale" to determine and clarify a creation of some future desire no matter its form.

• I assist you to give form to your thoughts, to shape and simplify your dreams into goals. But know once done this is truly just the beginning!

The work, perseverance, persistence and endurance needed will test your belief in yourself and others. But know that each step is a step forward even when you want to give up, don't your goals are yours and yours alone. The achievement of your future makes life worth everything to the most important person you will ever know, you!
